We’re creating a national digital infrastructure to connect and scale the myriad of interventions, organisations and people that support and guide young adults from underrepresented groups. An ecosystem that brings together those enhancing social mobility, provides access to opportunities, jobs and career progression while supporting companies to improve their hiring and retention practices.

By breaking down the barriers between young people and employers we’re empowering a generation of diverse talent and enriching workforces.
