Author and academic Rosabeth Moss Kanter holds the Ernest L. Arbuckle Professorship at Harvard Business School. A leading thinker on strategy, innovation and change, she co-founded the Harvard University-wide Advanced Leadership Initiative and is the author and co-author of 20 books.

Rosabeth’s most recent book, ‘Thinking Outside the Building’ offers a bold new theory of advanced leadership for tackling the world's complex problems. She’s regularly included in high profile lists, such as ‘50 most influential business thinkers in the world’ (Thinkers 50).

A Senior Vice President General Counsel at Meggitt, Barry Matthews is founder of the Employers’ Social Mobility Alliance (ESMA) – a coalition that provides opportunities for young people with less social capital to find work.

As a volunteer at the childhood trauma charity Body & Soul Barry became concerned that many young people from low-income backgrounds experience barriers to pursuing their dreams. It’s now his personal mission to change that.

Cain is CEO and Co-Founder of independent digital product and innovation consultancy Red Badger. He and other Badgers turned their idea for Mission Beyond into a reality.
